What Does the Morse Code in Interstellar Say?
The books falling from Murph's shelf spell STAY. Later, the second hand of her watch carries much more: the data she needs to solve the gravity equation.
The message in the books

STAY, in the books
As a 10-year-old, Murph works out that the books falling from her shelf are spelling a word in Morse code. Late in the film we learn who was pushing them: Cooper, inside the tesseract, begging his past self not to leave.
The second message, in the watch
Cooper then uses Morse code again, moving the second hand of the wristwatch he left with Murph. This time he sends the data the robot TARS collected, which lets her finish the gravity equation.
Not all of the ghost's messages are Morse. The dust patterns in her room are binary code giving coordinates.
